The process takes around 15 minutes, dries instantly and lasts up to 10 days.

With Airbrush tanning, the skin can ‘breathe’ unlike when having a spray tan applied. This means that the skin can glow from underneath – eliminating the ‘tangoed’ or caked on look.

As a result of the light misting which Airbrush tanning provides, THE RISK OF STREAKING IS MINIMAL and fading can be up to 80% better than with spray tanning, meaning LESS PATCHES.

Preparation is vital in order to achieve flawless results when tanning. Please ensure you follow these steps carefully.

BEFORE YOUR TAN…

• Start your preparation 3 days prior to your appointment. Do this by using Garnier bodytonic smoothing scrub combined with exfoliating gloves (paying attention to dryer areas). Garnier bodytonic smoothing scrub is the only product we currently recommend using. Repeat the following day and the day before your appointment. This process helps eliminate any oils or residue from your skin, allowing your tan to develop evenly all over upon application.
• Wax or shave at least 48 hours prior to tanning.
• DO NOT USE ANY soap/shower gel/cream/moisturiser or products containing oil on the areas where you will be tanning for 3 days prior to your appointment. These products leave a build up of oils/residue on the skin which can stop your tan from developing evenly. All residue MUST be thoroughly exfoliated from the skin using the above method.
• Avoid using deodorant/perfume on the day of your appointment.

AFTER YOUR TAN…

To ensure your tan stays flawless after application, please follow these golden rules.

• WEAR LOOSE CLOTHING
• DO NOT COME INTO CONTACT WITH ANY WATER
• DO NOT PERSPIRE EXCESSIVELY
• DO NOT TOUCH OR RUB SKIN
• REFRAIN FROM BENDING THE NECK, ARMS AND LEGS TO PREVENT RUBBING IN THESE AREAS.

If you go for a light, medium, dark or Xtreme dark tan, it will be fully developed after 8-12 hours. For Xtreme fast/rapid developing tans, it will develop between 1-4 hours. Simply rinse the bronze colour off after this time, then pat skin dry with a towel, do not rub vigorously.

To prolong the life of your tan, it is advised that you moisturise every 1-2 days, depending on your skin type. (You will be advised of this at the time of your appointment). After 3 days, you should exfoliate your skin, and repeatedly every 2 days to get rid of your dead cells. Doing this lets your skin get rid of any build up, and allows your tan to fade evenly, avoiding the patchy look.
